Fundraising & Volunteering

VOLUNTEERS -
LINCS ARK NEEDS YOU!

We URGENTLY need more like-minded animal lovers to join the friendly team at Lincs Ark.  Even if you can spare just a few hours please contact us.  We particularly need help with the following:

FOSTERING

Foster Carers are valued members of the team, who look after animals until they are adopted. To become a foster carer, you will need previous  experience of handling and taking care of animals.  The majority of the animals we foster are cats and kittens, but we also need foster homes for small animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs.
Full support is given, food and litter supplied and vets costs covered.
If you live in the mid/south Lincolnshire area and would like more information about fostering for Lincs Ark please get in touch.
The more foster carers we have - the more animals we can help!

Do have a look at our 'Is Fostering For Me' page on our dropdown menu from How to help.  This will explain all about fostering for Lincs Ark

HOME VISITOR

Anyone wanting to adopt an animal from us needs to be home-checked.  As a Home Visitor you would visit potential new owners at their homes and assess their suitability according to the animal’s needs.
Once the animal has been rehomed Home Visitors endeavour to return to carry out a post adoption
visit to ensure all is well and your new pet has settled into it’s new home.
Would suit someone who has experience with cats, and training will be given. Own transport is essential.
